Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique challenges and strengths, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintaining precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the utmost integrity in patient care.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care, keeping communication open and consistent regarding client progress and outcomes.

• Participating in regular peer review meetings and case consultations, focusing on quality improvement and the sharing of best practices among team members.

• Guiding clients and their families through education on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources available for additional support.

• Staying informed on current research and advancements in mental health care to enhance clinical competency and client outcomes.

• Managing a full caseload with a commitment to timely and effective treatment, upholding the ethical standards and guidelines set by your licensing board.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
