Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will focus around offering personalized therapy sessions to clients via secure video chat platforms. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions aimed at enhancing clients' mental health and coping mechanisms.

• Facilitating open discussions that encourage clients to explore and express their emotions, fostering self-awareness and improving interpersonal relations.

• Acting as an advocate for clients, assisting them in setting realistic therapeutic goals tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Valid independent licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
