Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Vitality Peak Health Care Inc., you will:

• Develop personalized treatment plans alongside clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address various mental health conditions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment progress, utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and optimal communication.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted mental health counseling license in the state of California, including LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, demonstrating a solid grasp of therapeutic modalities and client management.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
