Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status and create individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, collaborating with clients to develop pre-crisis and crisis action plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools provided by our clinical team to ensure high-quality assessments and care.

• Document all evaluations and treatment activities in compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure timely paperwork completion.

• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Act as a liaison with various service systems, including governmental agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to necessary resources for clients.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and enhance service delivery quality.

• Foster ongoing communication with stakeholders, clients, and families to ensure clarity and alignment with contract requirements and organizational objectives.
