Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients, including pre-crisis and crisis response strategies.

• Document clinical work promptly and in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the evaluation process in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans that align with each patient's specific goals.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standard of care.

• Serve as the liaison to state agencies and community partners, fostering relationships that enhance support services for our clientele.

• Maintain open communication lines with all stakeholders to meet contract standards and align with the agency's mission.

• Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences and representing the agency in state-level meetings related to mental health fields.

• Promote the agency’s mission, values, and vision in all interactions and community engagements.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Scriptmed, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and those requiring developmental support or recovery from trauma. Qualifications\n
