Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including but not limited to MBSR, tailored to clients seeking stress reduction and emotional stability.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to explore clients' unique stressors, challenges, and personal goals, thereby customizing mindfulness practices that suit their needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditative techniques, and breathwork to foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and effective stress management strategies.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and building resilience, creating a supportive community of healing.
\n
• Incorporate mindfulness elements into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns and facilitate clients' overall development.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create an integrated and holistic treatment approach that enhances the effectiveness of mindfulness practices.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, mindfulness interventions, and tailored treatment plans to monitor progress and ensure high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n
