Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement and deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to assist clients in managing stress, enhancing relaxation, and improving emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, therapeutic challenges, and personal goals, tailoring mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions where you guide clients in mindfulness exercises, meditation, and specialized breathing techniques to foster emotional regulation and self-reflection.

• Conduct group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, resilience-building, and stress management strategies, creating a supportive community of growth among participants.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness approaches into holistic treatment plans that address all aspects of clients' mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness practices into therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
