Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions tailored to individual client needs, including MBSR, to foster relaxation, reduce anxiety, and improve mental clarity.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, identifying stressors, emotional challenges, and therapeutic goals to personalize mindfulness practices for each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions focusing on mindfulness techniques, such as guided meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness discussions.

• Organize and lead group workshops and classes centered around mindfulness practices, stress management, and strategies for building emotional resilience.

• Collaborate closely with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure the integration of mindfulness practices into a holistic treatment plan.

• Maintain detailed and precise documentation related to client progress, therapy interventions, and the evolution of treatment plans.

• Engage in your personal mindfulness practice and ongoing professional development to refine skills and knowledge around mindfulness interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapy and integrating mindfulness into therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
