Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Reliant Mental and Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments to determine clients' needs, stressors, and goals, and tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Guiding clients through mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathwork techniques, to cultivate self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitating engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies.

• Incorporating mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, aiming to address specific mental health concerns effectively.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to incorporate mindfulness into a holistic treatment approach, optimizing client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) are preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
