Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while being part of a supportive and integrated treatment team. Our work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the diverse needs of our patient population. This setting prioritizes your work-life balance while also maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities to help clients navigate their mental health journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring full compliance and protecting client privacy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to optimize treatment outcomes and provide holistic care.

• Engage in weekly case consultations and peer reviews, ensuring continuous professional development and enhancing the quality of care delivered.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health interventions, integrating new findings into your practice as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinical practice serves a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Therapists will have the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families, employing a patient-centered approach that recognizes the unique circumstances of each person.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
