As a remote outpatient service, our therapists enjoy the flexibility of working from home while also being part of a cohesive professional team. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to effectively identify patient needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, for individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and various substance use issues. Patients may vary in age, background, and socioeconomic status, requiring a thoughtful and individualized approach to care. Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position are required to hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas is also mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting, with a strong background in delivering both individual and group therapy. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and demonstrated success in patient assessment and treatment plan development are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
