Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to design personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement an array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective techniques. Your empathetic and innovative approach will guide clients towards recovery and self-discovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring strict adherence to ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to create a holistic approach that maximizes client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and demographics who are addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. We are particularly focused on assisting individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and adjustments to significant life changes. As a mental health therapist with our organization, you will collaborate with clients of differing ages and cultural backgrounds, customizing your approach to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience in applying solution-focused psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to meet the needs of diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
