Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and symptomology.

• Develop and implement culturally appropriate, family-centered treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver outpatient services including individual therapy and family counseling using trauma-informed methodologies.

• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation, including client assessments and service/treatment plans as required.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and effective service coordination for clients.

• Manage a designated client caseload, providing crisis intervention and ongoing support as necessary.

• Engage in regular supervision and attend team meetings to discuss cases and share best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
