Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic modalities that align with clients' goals for personal development and improvement.

• Set reachable therapeutic goals for clients and regularly monitor their progress through the intervention process.

• Provide teletherapy options: Engage clients via virtual platforms to ensure accessibility for those with mobility challenges or preferences for remote support.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client sessions that meet ethical standards and comply with legal requirements.

• Commit to ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, training, and supervision for best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients at Glen Counseling include individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health issues. These may range from childhood traumas to adult anxiety and depression. You will work closely with clients to help them navigate their unique experiences with sensitivity and understanding, fostering an environment where healing can take place.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a mental health professional, preferably as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Glen Counseling values the expertise of our therapists and offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
