Our therapists work in a dynamic remote setting with the convenience of a flexible schedule that can better accommodate the needs of our clients. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed depending on client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge each patient’s needs, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and couples utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational and peer support groups, creating an environment for patients to share experiences and build community support.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic treatment for patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, showing agility and compassion during mental health emergencies and high-stress situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings to enhance interprofessional collaboration and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• Thorough understanding and application of evidence-based treatment modalities and mental health disorders.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
