Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to effectively address mental health concerns.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community among patients dealing with similar challenges.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coherent and holistic care to all patients.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, possible treatment options, and community resources available to support their journey.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, offering care that is culturally competent and sensitive to varying backgrounds and experiences. Patients may present with conditions including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use challenges. Your role is crucial in helping them articulate their needs and design effective pathways to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a relevant licensure: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• Demonstrable understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating actionable treatment plans.
