Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans that address those needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, empowering them with coping strategies and offering support tailored to their individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients through virtual mediums.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining thorough documentation.
