Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

• Show proven cultural competence in effectively serving clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
