Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when required, ensuring each client receives optimal care throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client care.

• Stay informed with the latest clinical research and innovations regarding mood disorders to enhance your therapeutic approach and patient outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, complying with all ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders.
\n
• Proficient understanding of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration with medical professionals.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive outcomes for clients struggling with mood disorders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brighter Days Mental Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually for this full-time position.
