Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, taking into account the severity, frequency, and impact on their daily functioning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Clients may range from children and adolescents in a school setting to adults seeking support for their mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their symptoms and work towards achieving greater emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Expertise in therapeutic modalities specifically targeted at mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
