Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, utilizing standardized tools and methods.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in individual and group settings.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, addressing treatment options, self-care strategies, and coping mechanisms relevant to mood disorders.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment approaches based on feedback and evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
