Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your working environment while maintaining a balance between professional obligations and personal life. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating therapy sessions through telehealth platforms. This modern approach enables you to reach a diverse population in various geographical areas, ensuring accessibility to mental health care for all clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients’ mental health needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate personalized, comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals for their therapeutic journey.

• Advocate for your clients by connecting them with essential resources such as financial aid, housing assistance, and vocational support services.

• Offer crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health challenges, including suicidal ideation, substance use crises, or responses to severe trauma.

• Engage in community education initiatives aimed at reducing stigma associated with mental health and increasing awareness of available resources.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date case records, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and relevant state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Momentous Mental Care Alliance, you will be serving a diverse client population that includes individuals of all ages, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your approach will be rooted in empathy, cultural competence, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects the unique experiences and needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and appropriate Pennsylvania LCSW license, with the ability to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
