Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives personalized treatment aligned with their specific needs and recovery goals.

• Perform thorough substance abuse evaluations and design effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Engage proactively with physicians and other healthcare providers to report on patient progress, discuss treatment needs, and address concerns that arise during care.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to our department’s policies and compliance mandates.

• Lead discharge planning efforts, coordinating with clients, families, and community resources to facilitate successful transitions and continuity of care.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, promoting an environment of trust and open communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adults and adolescents dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your culturally competent approach will be essential in delivering effective care, fostering resilience, and promoting individual empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of an active state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience providing counseling services.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records, word processing, and spreadsheets.

Compensation and Benefits\n
