Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clear Route Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' needs.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial evaluations, ensuring they reflect clients' unique goals and needs.
\n
• Provide psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions, applying evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances.
\n
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in compliance with department guidelines and best practices.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team in formulating treatment plans, including post-treatment discharge plans, to ensure continuity of care.

• Support clients in navigating discharge planning and care coordination, actively liaising with various service providers in Murrysville and the broader Pennsylvania area to facilitate access to required services.

Your primary client group will consist of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or a recognized equivalent licensure.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a strong ability to manage diverse caseloads.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, with strong computer skills in word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records systems.

• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with prior experience in a private practice or community mental health setting are highly preferred. Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices is an asset. Familiarity with telehealth platforms will also enhance your ability to connect with clients remotely.
