Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Design comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ progress and needs.

• Gather and analyze data about patient history and concerns through interviews, case histories, and observational methods to determine the most effective course of treatment.

• Regularly review and maintain accurate case files, ensuring complete and signed documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes in accordance with relevant clinical standards.

• Manage a diverse caseload that may include individual therapy and collateral therapy, ensuring timely responses and interventions when necessary.

• Provide training and modify assessment protocols to align with current best practice standards and health plan regulations, thereby enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients from tribal communities who may face unique challenges related to cultural identity, socio-economic factors, and access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited academic institution.

• A valid and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
