Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Perform initial assessments and create integrated care plans tailored to individual treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct screenings and arrange for further assessments as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary and support clients during high-stress situations.

• Record and monitor client progress, ensuring timely completion of documentation in compliance with organizational standards.

• Advocate for client needs while coordinating with healthcare providers, family members, and support networks.

• Participate in inter-departmental meetings to enhance service delivery and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing severe mental health challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will allow you to create a supportive environment that fosters recovery and resilience, while navigating the complexities of each client's individual background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required; current LCSW licensure in Colorado is mandatory.

• Sound knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for documenting and sharing assessments and treatment outcomes.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse clinical teams, demonstrating respect for various cultural and social perspectives.

• Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic methodologies to cater to different age groups and backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, especially within mental health or substance use settings.

• Prior experience in remote or telehealth settings is a plus, given the virtual nature of this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
