Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Palms Medical Group, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family conflict. A focus will also be on supporting clients dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in addiction counseling and knowledge of evidence-based methods for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills with the capability to inspire and motivate clients toward recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
