Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage directly with both couples and individuals, providing a safe and nurturing environment for discussing sensitive, personal issues. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual and family needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals to address various challenges including grief, job stress, communication difficulties, and more.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support patients dealing with trauma, abuse, and relationship conflicts.

• Documenting progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with other clinical staff to foster an integrated treatment approach that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a wide range of patient demographics, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Texas.
