Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Radiant Family Relations Counseling, you will:

• Engage in therapeutic sessions with couples and families, facilitating dialogue to address complex relational dynamics.

• Provide individual therapy to family members, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment and recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of issues, including but not limited to:\n

  • Physical and psychological abuse

  • Grief and loss

  • Family conflicts, including sibling disagreements and cut-offs

  • Job-related stress
  \n
  • Blended family situations and remarriage

  • Mother/daughter conflicts

  • Communication challenges

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
