Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Radiant Path, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with couples and individuals to understand their unique situations and concerns.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for families, addressing issues related to communication difficulties, conflict resolution, and emotional support.
\n
• Utilize specialized therapeutic techniques to assist clients with a range of concerns, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Job-related stress and adjustment
\n
• Blended family dynamics and conflicts
\n
• Separation and divorce issues
\n
• Mother-daughter conflicts
\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions using our state-of-the-art electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse population, including both adults and adolescents, enabling you to work closely with families facing a myriad of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to positively influence the lives of clients dealing with relational issues, family dynamics, mental health disorders, and adjustment difficulties.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
