Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead therapy sessions with couples, while also providing individual support to each partner as needed.
\n
• Address a wide array of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, adjustment issues related to separation and divorce, communication difficulties, and blended family dynamics.

• Utilize digital technology and behavioral health software for patient management and documentation, ensuring high-quality care and organizational efficiency.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, effectively coordinating with family members and external professionals as required.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, maintaining a calm and supportive environment for patients.
