Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience while maintaining a professional practice atmosphere. You will primarily engage with clients through telehealth sessions, ensuring access to care for individuals in need. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, preferences, and specific challenges, ensuring a person-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to changing needs and goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a range of patients suffering from mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will also provide support to vulnerable groups, including homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse, making a significant difference in their lives.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
