Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to clients' mood disorders through comprehensive evaluations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, preferences, and coping strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in your sessions.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress closely and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed, ensuring a personalized treatment experience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to deliver integrated care solutions.

• Engage in ongoing education to stay current with the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments.

• Maintain meticulous records while adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, including individuals grappling with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will also support groups facing unique challenges, such as the homeless, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse. By engaging with these populations, you will help them navigate their mental health challenges and promote resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory, providing the necessary foundation for your therapeutic practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
