Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and couples therapy tailored to the specific needs and challenges of assigned clients, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and interpersonal therapy (IPT).

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that includes comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, weekly goals, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge strategies to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Develop and implement aftercare plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they have the resources and strategies necessary for success post-therapeutic intervention.

• Establish and maintain regular communication with clients' families, outside clinicians, and referring parties as necessary to ensure holistic continuity of care.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all documentation practices, ensuring compliance and high standards of professional conduct.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with range from individuals to couples and families, presenting with diverse therapeutic needs. Our patient population may include those facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. You will engage with clients of various backgrounds, requiring a culturally sensitive and individualized approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical or medical environment.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all interactions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective therapy and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
