Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assess clients' mental health needs through in-depth evaluations, establishing personalized treatment plans with clear goals and milestones.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy—to empower clients in their healing journey.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and outside resources to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Document and maintain accurate client records in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as relationship issues, trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. Our client base is diverse, encompassing various demographics and backgrounds, which requires cultural sensitivity and adaptability in therapeutic approaches. Our goal is to support each client holistically, addressing emotional, relational, and contextual factors that affect their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT licensure in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
