Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team, directly impacting the lives of individuals, couples, and families. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and relational dynamics, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

• Providing therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing a variety of issues such as conflict resolution, communication difficulties, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation/divorce.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, focusing on personal development, behavioral challenges, and emotional well-being.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to promote effective coping strategies and enhance the patient experience.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and contributing to case management discussions.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
\n
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population is diverse, encompassing adults, children, and adolescents from various backgrounds. You will work with individuals struggling with challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of an active LMFT license in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Radiant Path Wellness & Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition to salary, we provide a robust benefits package which includes:
