This position offers a remote work environment with flexibility for telemedicine appointments as well as in-office consultations in our newly designed and modern outpatient facility located in Fort Worth, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Radiant Path Wellness & Counseling, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both joint and individual therapy sessions with clients and their families, focusing on the unique dynamics each family presents.
\n
• Evaluating and treating a spectrum of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and adaptation to separation and divorce.
\n
• Implementing treatment plans tailored to the needs of individual and family clients, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Facilitating communication among family members to resolve conflicts and improve relationships.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and confidential client records in accordance with privacy regulations.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on adults, children, and adolescents from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. You will address a wide array of concerns, particularly those affecting family dynamics, and work to promote understanding and harmony among family members facing challenges. By offering your specialized knowledge and support, you will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of life for numerous families.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a valid and active LMFT license in the state of Texas.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Radiant Path Wellness & Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, with generous uncapped earnings potential.
