Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Opti Mind & Soul Counseling P.C., your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborating with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implementing innovative evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Offering psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitoring client progress continually, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic approaches and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Additionally, you will support various vulnerable populations, including individuals affected by domestic violence, homelessness, and trauma, allowing you to make a profound impact on their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:
