Key Responsibilities\n

• Form and nurture trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering an environment conducive to growth and healing.

• Diagnose and assess mental health issues, providing appropriate interventions based on clinical evaluations and individual circumstances.

• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, integrating evidence-based practices and measurable treatment goals.

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions that support client engagement and progress toward mental wellness.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed to ensure optimum outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily involve engaging with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. You will also work with clients dealing with substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders. Our ideal candidate will be sensitive to multicultural issues, providing culturally competent care to empower clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State is required.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is a must.

• Strong therapeutic skills, including the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating the capacity to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
