Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients through active listening and empathy.

• Diagnose a range of mental health conditions using established assessment techniques and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team as necessary.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs, taking into account their unique circumstances and goals.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions as well as couples and family therapy, tailoring approaches to various dynamics and relationships.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation and coping strategies to clients and their families to help them navigate mental health challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will also support couples and families in navigating conflict resolution, improving communication, and enhancing emotional connection. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
