Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary goal as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will be to facilitate healing and foster healthy communication between clients and their families. You will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique dynamics of each family, and develop tailored treatment plans that consider the needs of all family members.

• Engage directly with couples, offering therapy sessions to address relationship challenges, and host individual sessions to explore personal issues affecting family dynamics.

• Tackle various mental health concerns such as substance abuse, grief, conflict resolution, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.

• Utilize both evidence-based therapeutic approaches and innovative practices to support your clients' mental health and personal growth.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of all client interactions and progress, following all state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with other providers in our clinic to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges. Common issues include:

Qualifications\n
