Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT at Empathic Pathways Counseling, you will be integral to our clinical team and will:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, ensuring comprehensive emotional and psychological care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate effective interventions for a range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and communication difficulties
\n
• Challenges related to blended families and remarriage
\n
• Adjusting to separation and divorce
\n
• Job-related stress and coping with medical issues
\n
\n
• Develop customized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinic policies.
