Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients during initial consultations.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring they feel actively involved in their mental health journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), during individual and family therapy sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery.

• Consistently monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes to ensure effectiveness.

• Facilitate integrated care by coordinating treatment with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic support for your clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in the treatment of mood disorders to continuously enhance your professional skills and improve patient outcomes.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, particularly related to mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.
