Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to diagnose and support clients with various mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Create, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide regular individual and family therapy sessions, facilitating therapeutic discussions and interventions that promote healing and growth.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments and adapt treatment strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and refer clients to additional resources or specialists when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, focusing on individuals and families facing relational challenges, mental health disorders, and emotional distress. Our clientele includes adults, adolescents, and children, many of whom seek support in areas such as communication issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and the caseload you manage.
