Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and needs.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that align with assessment findings and the personal goals set by clients.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing established evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress in therapy, adjusting treatment plans based on the effectiveness of interventions.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to ensure comprehensive care coordination.

• Advocate for clients' rights, helping them secure access to the mental health resources and community services they need.

• Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards as mandated by state licensing boards and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
