Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, identifying their strengths and needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to support clients effectively.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that articulate clear goals and strategies for achieving positive outcomes, regularly monitoring clients’ progress.

• Work collaboratively with fellow professionals, including school counselors, educational staff, and medical providers, to create a cohesive care experience for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them to community resources and services, facilitating case management efforts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
