Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, individual and group therapy, and family counseling for clients with mental health issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, supporting clients through acute episodes of distress.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to essential services, ensuring effective communication among clients, their families, and multidisciplinary providers.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and coordinate comprehensive assessments to identify client needs.

• Create a safe and welcoming environment, promptly reporting and addressing any unsafe situations.

• Monitor client progress, documenting all services rendered and ensuring timely completion of reports.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees aimed at enhancing agency service delivery.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
