Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and formulate tailored therapeutic strategies based on individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services—including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy—to individuals, couples, and families.

• Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and inclusive care for clients, including consultations with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring documentation adheres to the highest standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to remain informed about the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from children facing behavioral issues to adults dealing with chronic mental health conditions, as well as couples and families in need of therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
