Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a range of mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality is upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
