Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Many of our patients also contend with co-occurring medical conditions, such as autoimmune disorders and chronic pain, which necessitates a holistic approach to treatment. Your ability to connect with this diverse population will be paramount in helping them navigate their complex journeys toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, ensuring confidentiality and ethical compliance in all interactions.

• Proficient in using computer applications and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with experience in treating individuals with co-occurring medical conditions will be highly valued. Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings and familiarity with integrated care models will enhance your application. Additionally, certifications in trauma-informed care, DBT, or CBT are advantageous and will be looked upon favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n
